Massive Dynamic is building the operating system for digital advertising. Our AI copilot automates the grunt work—campaign setup, optimization, reporting—freeing professional media buyers at agencies and large in-house teams to focus on strategy and creative.

Founded by Trystan (CEO) and Guillaume (CTO), who've spent years in paid media and shipping products used by millions daily. We recently raised €3M pre-seed led by Seedcamp and are working with top European agencies like Artefact, Eskimoz, and Growth Room.

The role

As Founding Sales France, you will build Massive Dynamic’s sales motion in France from the ground up. You are the first dedicated sales hire in the country. Your mission is not just to sell, but to turn product traction into ARR, close the first strategic customers, and create the foundations of a scalable Go-to-Market.

You will work directly with the founders, with full ownership of the French market. There is no playbook, no comfort zone, and no hand-holding: you are expected to test, learn fast, iterate, and execute with intensity.

Year 1 target: €1.2M in ARR

Typical deal: €80K–300K ARR, 3–8 week sales cycle

Customer volume: 8–12 new customers in the first 12 months

You will:

• Build the French pipeline from scratch — identify and prioritize high-potential agencies and advertisers, run outbound motions, activate your network, and convert inbound traction into revenue.
• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end — discovery, demo, qualification, negotiation and closing, across complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Sell at a high bar — position Massive Dynamic as a strategic, AI-native partner for marketing teams, with a sharp, ROI-driven and credible narrative.
